We are delighted that 20 of these exquisite commemorative humidors containing 55 x Vintage 10 Trinidad Fundadores have been made available as part of the Habanos World Days (HWD) celebrations, making the UK the first in the world to receive these spectacular pieces.

The humidors will form a numbered series of only 1,000 pieces, each containing 55 Trinidad Fundadores Vintage 10. S.T Dupont drew their inspiration for the humidors from the stylish travel trunks that became popular amongst more affluent voyagers at the beginning of the 20th century.

The Habanos Vintage concept makes its world debut with the launch of Trinidad Fundadores Vintage 10 as part of the celebrations to mark the 55th anniversary of the Trinidad brand. 

A Habano Vintage is a Habano that, after being hand-rolled, is laid to rest alongside its compatriots to begin a delicate aging process that will last for a minimum of 5 years. Overtime, the blend of tobacco leaves meld and the sharpness of youth make way for delicate, sophisticated, rounded aromas revealing a character that only patience can unlock. All the cigars are aged in their original boxes with the ageing counted from the date of rolling and resting

This aging process is overseen by the Regulatory Council of the Protected Appellations of Origin of Habanos, D.O.P. There are four Vintage categories and each cigar is dressed with a second band that denotes which one it represents.

Each cigar within this humidor will be elegantly dressed with an additional special and unique band for the occasion revealing its aging category and a foot band designed exclusively for this launch.
