This release is bottled at 51.5% abv and shines with notes of honey, salt, peaches, eucalyptus and drying peat smoke

The newest member of the Bunnahabhain core range family, this first batch release of a 30 year whisky is one of our oldest single malts. Matured exclusively in ex-sherry casks in our coastal warehouses at the distillery, non-chill filtered and natural colour, this is a rich and sweet dram.

It takes patience and perseverance to perfect this whisky; three decades of watching and waiting, a unique character shaped by the salt-rich air at Bunnahabhain Bay.

Every dram of their 30 year old is matured in ex-sherry casks under the watchful eye of their Distillery Manager.  Only when it is fully formed is it freed from its coastal cocoon; its once-hidden bounty ready to be revealed and revered.  Expect notes of strawberries and cream, gradually developing into honey nut cereals and an abundance of rich toffee, before finishing with a hint of salted caramel and light spices.  The first batch produced for this new release, this is definitely not one to miss!

A single-cask release of Bunnahabhain from the Single Malts of Scotland, bottled as part of the Director's Special range. This was distilled back in 1975 and aged for 43 years in a single refill-bourbon hogshead. Over the years, its strength has naturally dropped, concentrating its flavour. The result is a soft and fruity whisky that shows the delicacy of Bunnahabhain's normally boisterous spirit.

There’s not many boutique brands that have had as big a “hype train” as Caldwell. They seem to have gone from a little-known brand, to one of the most talked about, in no time at all! Sometimes “fad cigars” can leave us a bit disappointed, but this one has some legitimacy. This brand will surprise and delight you and is certainly one that you should submit to the latest trend with. Unique and interesting blending meets quality and style. Robert Caldwell is the face of Caldwell Cigar Co. a company founded in 2014 that produces its core line of cigars at Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic. Caldwell entered the cigar industry in 2008, when he launched a concierge-like service that provides cigars and cigar accessories to high-end hotels and restaurants. Today, his portfolio boasts over 10 brands made in three different countries, and he’s known for his popular collaborative blending projects with other cigar makers

ANASTASIA

Robert Caldwell's affinity for cigars began after visiting Ernesto Perez-Carrillo's factory in Little Havana when he was just 12 years old. He was immediately drawn to the craftsmanship, complexity and grace of cigar manufacturing. Little did he know that 20 years later he would release such a special cigar with Ernesto. Anastasia is Robert Caldwell's pride and joy. Anastasia closes the circle of his journey through the industry back to the spark of initial interest that led to a life dedicated to premium cigar manufacturing

Officially the cigar is simply called Anastasia but it is actually the fourth cigar to be released under this name, previous Anastasia releases had either blue or green bands but this release is the Anastasia Yellow Band. It is made in the Dominican Republic but the factory and blend are being kept a closely guarded secret

Part of the second release in Velier's Caroni Employees series, this 23-year-old rum honours David Charran, also known as Sarge. Distilled in 1996, this rum has a charming, almost floral character on the nose, with aromas of grapefruit, caramel, cocoa and brewers yeast over a backdrop of summer blossoms. The palate is rich and complex, with jammy fruit, tar, candied lemon and baking spices initially, developing notes of oak, vanilla, wood smoke and fruit compote that linger in the finish.

Part of the second release in Velier's Caroni Employees series, this 21-year-old rum honors Kevon Moreno, also known as Slippery. Distilled in 1998, this rum has a sweet, fruity character on the nose, with aromas of vanilla, caramel, citrus peel, and exotic fruit, with undertones of petroleum jelly. The palate is rich, offering notes of brown sugar, buttery pastry, speculoos, and root ginger, with hints of wildflowers and oak spice lingering in the finish.

Part of the third release of the Caroni Employees series, this 2000 rum honours Nita "Nitz" Hogan, who worked at Caroni Distillery for 30 years. Distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2020, this rum is a marriage of six barrels matured for 20 years.
