The Alma Fuerte Colorado Claro Robustus II is a new vitola in the existing Alma Fuerte Colorado Claro line. This is the first vitola in the line that is round, as opposed to box pressed. The Colorado Claro wrapper, which comes from the vast Plasencia tobacco library, has been aged 10 years.

Plasencia Cigars, a world-leading premium tobacco grower announces that the Plasencia Alma Fuerte Sixto I Hexagon. This blend, a line extension to the Plasencia Alma Fuerte brand, features a unique smoking experience by combining Plasencia’s innovative Hexagon shape with ten-year aged tobacco.
The unique shape imitates the honeycomb. Borrowing from nature, this shape allows to fit the most area with the least perimeter. This shape provides a more complex smoking expression due the pressing of the cigar into a hexagon shape. The new shape brought forth a new way to enjoy cigars. A smashing success, the hexagon shaped cigar became Plasencia’s number one selling cigar. The Plasencia family felt it was time create a line extension to the Plasencia Alma Fuerte Hexagon. Por Larrañaga, means “By Larrañaga” and was first registered in Havana by Ignacio Larrañaga in 1834. It is the oldest handmade brand Havanas still being rolled in Cuba today. In 1890 the brand received further attention when Rudyard Kipling included the assertion that “There’s peace in a Larrañaga” in his famous poem “The Betrothed”.
In recent years UK devotees of the distinctive, sweet, light to medium bodied blend, have content themselves with the brand’s Petit Corona as the only size on the market. Happily there are now four cigars in the range, the Petit Corona, Montecarlos, Picadores and the new Galanes.
Galanes (‘Gallants’ in English) is 4 3⁄4”/120mm long and, with a 52 ring gauge, it is the brand’s widest cigar. It is also an exclusive size within the Habanos portfolio.

The Larrañaga 47 is housed in a Semi Boîte Nature box of fifty cigars, the first time a UK Regional has been presented this way. Unlike most Havana boxes of this size, the cigars are layered (three rows of thirteen and one row of eleven) rather than tied into a bundle with ribbon. This is style of box is considered an outstanding way of ageing cigars in the medium and long term. Por Larranaga Prometidos Regional Edition France 2023
The cigar is a robusto extra vitola that measures 5 1/2 inches (140mm) long with a 54 ring gauge, a vitola with the factory name Duke. It is a vitola that debuted in 2009 with the Romeo y Julieta Dukes, an Edición Limitada, and has since been used for the Partagás Serie E. No.2 and a number of Edicion Regional releases.
The release, which was commissioned by Coprova, the distributor of Habanos S.A. products in France, is limited to 20,000 individually numbered boxes of 10 cigars, a total run of 200,000 cigars.
This is the second time that the Por Larrañaga brand has been selected for a French Edición Regional; in 2015 the Por Larrañaga Opera was released, a 4 1/2 x 52 petit robusto, with the cigar getting a re-release in 2016.
The Prometidos is one of five Por Larrañaga Ediciónes Regional that are part of the 2021 class.

Punch Platino was release in 2009 exclusively for India's market. This is the only regional edition for India made by Habanos S.A. Released in boxes of 25 and in two separate lots. First in 600 numbered boxes and then followed by 1000 numbered boxes.
The 2009 Edicion Regional Punch Platino is a Prominentes vitola aka Double Corona. It comes in at a 49 ring gauge and 7.6 inches in length.
The packaging is very ornate. A nice ‘platinum’ foil wraps itself around 3 quarters of the cigar. The actual Punch logo is nicely embossed.

Quai d’Orsay was established in 1974 for the French market. The brand takes its name from the avenue in Paris beside the river Seine that used to be home to the headquarters of SEITA, the then state- owned tobacco importer for France who with
Cubatabaco (now Habanos s.a.), joined forces to produce an elegant Cuban brand with a certain je ne sais quoi.
In 2017 the brand received a make-over and two new modern sizes were introduced (No. 50 & No. 54) to join the one remaining surviving vitola (Coronas Claro). Since then the brand has gone from strength to strength with Quai d’Orsay selected by Habanos s.a.to join the Habanos Limited Edition family in 2019 (Senadores) and by numerous Habanos Distributors around the world to represent their market as a Habanos Regional Edition.
The No.52 is a new vitola within the standard Habanos portfolio and like its two counterparts, is named after the ring gauge it boasts. It is perhaps closest in size to the Montecristo Double Edmundo, sharing its length but with a two-point wider girth.
Classified as light bodied, this is a delicate, well- balanced and thoroughly modern Habanos.

Quai D'Orsay Senadores Limited Edition 2019
The Quai d’Orsay Senadores has arrived in the UK and is now available at Havana Cigar Specialists and selected hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs.
It is the third and final of the 2019 Limited Editions joining the Montecristo Supremos and the Ramón Allones Allones No.2, both of which were launched earlier in the year.
Quai d’Orsay was originally created in the 1970s for the French market and is named after an avenue in Paris where SEITA, the former French tobacco monopoly, was located.
In 2017, Habanos SA revisited the brand, invigorating it with two new contemporary sizes (the No.50 and No.54) presented in newly designed packaging and adorned with sleek new bands. Then in 2019 Quai D’Orsay was invited to create one of the three Limited Editions for the year. This is the first time that the brand has been asked to make a Limited Edition and further recognition of its new standing within the Habanos portfolio.
The Senadores is a classic Hermoso No.2 size, measuring 6 1/8” (157mm) x 48 ring gauge and they are presented in Special Presentation Boxes (SPB’s) of 25 cigars.
This elegant, light-bodied cigar provides a charming counterpoint to the Montecristo Supremos and Ramón Allones Allones No.2.

The Quai d'Orsay Capitolio Cigar (Ex. Francia 2018) is the sixth regional edition Cuban Cigars, exclusively handmade for the French market
Founded by Valerie Giscard d'Estaing in 1970, Quai d'Orsay Cigars were first introduced as a Regional Edition brand specifically for France. Although the brand was originally created in an attempt to accompany the country's famous lifestyle products, like champagne and foie gras - it gradually became a favourite amongst cigar connoisseurs.
A relatively large smoke, the Quai d'Orsay Capitolio Cigar measures 164 mm in length by 54 ring gauge - providing around 2 hours of smoking pleasure. It delivers a light-bodied smoke, typical of the brand.

The Quai d'Orsay Clemenceau is the newest and sixth regional cigar for France, which celebrates the 50th anniversary of Coprova (France's official Habanos distributor), depicted by the band on the cigar.

Quai d’orsay Selection Royale ER Switzerland
The cigar is offered in the 109 vitola, a double robusto that measures 7 1/4 inches (184cm) long and has a 50 ring gauge and is notable for the softer shoulders and flat top of its head. While this is the first time that the 109 vitola has been used for a Quai d’Orsay Edición Regional, the Selection Royale ER Switzerland marks the third time that Intertabak AG, the distributor of Habanos S.A. in Switzerland, has selected the vitola for an Edición Regional.
Production is capped at 80,000 cigars, with 1,600 sliding-lid boxes of 50 cigars produced.
