Nose: Rounded notes of hot chocolate, old brandy, vanilla ice cream and charred oak.

Palate: Black Forest gateau, cinnamon cookies, orange oil, a hint of buttered apple.

Finish: Peanut brittle, cask char warmth and peppercorn.
