Plantation Rum Peru 2006
A fruity, nutty Peruvian rum from Plantation, distilled in 2006 and matured in a tropical climate for 11 years before it was transported to France for a further two years aging in Ferrand Cognac casks. The palate offers notes of dried mango, roasted walnut, nougat, oak, vanilla pod and baking spice.
